Two Charity Tractor Runs on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Relief 2006

1. Coinciding with Ferguson's 60th anniversary the Mareth Run from John o'Groats to Brora is a charity Tractor drive of 67 miles in length. Now in it's fourth year the event was first conceived by Mareth MacLean, the wife of Sandy MacLean. Mareth put a lot of energy into this project until her untimely death from Cancer three years ago.

2. The Mareth Run from Brora to Scone is much longer and will take place over three days in September. Beginning from Brora on September 8th the tractors will spend their first nght on the road in Aviemore. On Saturday they will travel from Aviemore to Scone and then on Sunday they will enter the ring in Scone to collect money for Macmillan.

This site is intended to draw attention to the work of the Macmillan Cancer Relief and the work of the Macmillan nurses. All donations will be handed over to the Macmillan organisation in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief.
